"Room was basic, but it had everything I needed. It was clean. the hotel is in a good location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The woman on reception called Mary is a credit to the organisation. She is always positive and makes you feel welcome. I can imagine that is very challenging as the public can be difficult. "

"the place was clean and tidy, quite. the design was amazing, kitchen all waking and nice set of dishes. very quite area where to stay. the downside was that I was given wrong room, in description I was written balcony, but I didn't have it. and the toiled lid was broken. coffee machine in communal area wasn't working. "

"Very clean and functional house - it had everything we needed for a family stay for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean and warm - which is so important. The area is close to everything - easy walk to a Costa and Tesco Express! The kitchen pans were very basic but everything worked and if you are not staying for ages it all works! I would recommend this house! :-) "
