Cozy Lake House - only 10 minutes from the water

This Lake House holds so many memories for our family, now with all of the kids grown we just don't have the time to enjoy it. It is truly a home away from home. You can sit on the large patio and watch the sunrise, sit around the fire pit and look at the stars, or play card games around the large kitchen table. Even when the weather is gloomy or you've been out on the water all day, you can always come home, kick back, and watch a good movie in the living area.
This is our home and we hope you enjoy it as we have . We do have a fifth wheel out back that is a seperate reservation . please ask for details if you need more room .

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

Cozy Lake House is a great place to stay while enjoying Conchas Lake. The house is super clean, A/C works great, bedrooms and baths are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has everything to prepare a big meal or grill outside. There is plenty of parking for boats and shaded parking for vehicles. Communications with owners and caretakers is easy. This is the owners' vacation home and they are sharing it with you in spirit if not presence. We always feel welcome and try to leave it just as we found it. We want to come back!! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice little place

Nice place to stay. I wouldn’t put anyone other than maybe kids on the couch/ hide a bed. That thing is soo uncomfortable. There’s a bar that you can feel through that mattress.

Cozy Lake Cabin is absolutely right!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at your house. It was perfect! Clean and super comfortable. We've been to Conchas Lake before but never spent time at the south end and it is lovely. Check in process was easy, too. Great place to stay! Thanks.

Cozy Lake House a Great Place to Stay!

Six of us enjoyed a very well-furnished house, ample parking, and terrific covered deck for a great Labor Day weekend! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a super clean and well-appointed kitchen. The front deck was great for grilling a steak, enjoying late evening cocktails and good times with good friends! The property manager is easy to get in touch with and helped me with a couple of forgotten items. Thank you for a great stay and we're looking forward to staying here again.

Awesome Lake House

This vacation rental has everything you need for a great stay at Conchas Lake! The amenities, location and features of this property are perfect for your boating and fishing vacation. The owners/managers are also great to work with, quick responses with answers and information. We will stay here again when we get to come back to the area.

Lake house getaway

This home was everything we needed to have a nice stay at Conchas. Three bedrooms all with queen size beds and a large living room. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. Only thing I have to comment on was I wish the owner would have put their animals food/bed/potty pad in a more discrete location and I wish their would have been a little more room in the fridge for our food we brought. This owner does however live in this home so I understood why their was items still there. Overall a great stay and would come again!
