Beautiful, cosy, historical manor house "Le Manoir du Moros", from the 15th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of Concarneau, 6.5 km from the centre of Tregunc, 2 km from the sea, 250 m from the lake, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: park. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access (450 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 1.2 km, shopping centre 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs" 3.5 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Concarneau" 3.6 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, surf school 3.8 km, sailing school 3 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Ville Close 2 km, Pointe de Trévignon 14 km, Pont Aven 15 km, Port Manec'h 18 km, Quimper 28 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
