Lots of shade and fans on the patio. Wi-Fi works great in main house, pretty spotty in Casita. 1 Tv in the main house and 1 in the casita. 10 minutes from Garner, 45 minutes from Chalk Bluff. Could use some other form to sweep up the dirt that gets tracked in the house. Tile and the broom/dust pan could not keep up with the traffic. There are plenty of dishes so do not bring anything with you other than spices. The wildlife around the property is great. Pool is perfect. No need to bring any chairs with you as the supply there is more than enough. Couches need their cushions replaced but is manageable. Overall excellent stay. ##### John P. I was told by a staff representative that maintenance would be on site in the morning to fix it, but they never showed up during our stay. House was perfect size, property great location, pool was a life saver since there was no water in the river. Deer watching was bonus! The entire place flows all together. Volleyball and horseshoes was a blast! I have stayed at several other places but this by far was the best. Would highly recommend it for a large get together. The only thing I have to say I would change would be there is no mop or broom and with little ones you always have a mess. Went through a lot of paper towels :) ##### denise m.
