"The fact that the bedroom was a separate space with a door from the “living room” area was a fantastic feature that I wish all hotels offered. We were able to have a great time in the living area and have a separate space to sleep. The room did have a musty odor upon arrival but with the a/c on when we returned the smell dissipated. The sheets had a stain on it, I am assuming it was washed but a left over stain which was off putting but I understand it can happen. There was a stain on couch but again it happens. Overall really good stay. They had breakfast included which is always a plus along with free onsite parking. It is about 20 min from Lake Geneva which is great and had bars close by which was fun."

"Communication with Kyle was great! He was very responsive and helpful. The inside of the home was beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and roomy. We enjoyed it very much. Our only complaint was the condition of the outside of the home which did not give a first good impression. It needed some care in terms of cleanup of the outside decks and outdoor equipment (chairs, firepit and grill). Windows were also dirty. I understand that maybe the bad weather this summer contributed to the outside issues, but it would have been nice to have it cleaned up so we could enjoy being outside more. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend staying at this property again."

Fully renovated lake front home on Delavan’s North Shore

"The house was right on the lakefront, giving beautiful views of morning sunrises. We could sit out on the dock and watch boats go by. The main floor was very functional. Our grandkids especially loved the foosball, table shuffleboard, and the old-school electronic golf game. The bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and gave each family private space.The kids had fun swimming from the end of the dock. Although there were a fair amount of boats on the weekend, we were able to stay well away from them(thanks to the no-wake buoys 200 feet offshore. Since we had nearly 20 people in our group, we also rented a second house from Zach. It was a short walk, but very convenient. This arrangement worked out great for our large group. Zach did an excellent job of responding quickly to some minor questions we had. He was proactive with early communications, and made certain that everything was acceptable. I would recommend him if you need a rental."

Highly recommend property and reasonably priced.The description on the listing was accurate. We enjoyed our stay very much. Caught fish from the oversize dock. We were catching more than several boats anchored 50 feet in front of us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful guest home. Jim & Linda"

"Good, its an older house nicely decorated. Host was helpful with resolution of anything we needed as much as possible. Few recommendations could possibly improve the overall experience-Grill was at the small entrance porch, it could be in the back yard to be able to hang out with family while grilling. Basement kids room and one bedroom are super cold and temperature controller is for the whole house and can’t be adjusted for the basement separately. Its close to 2 lakes so location is nice and the back porch is great for late night hangouts as it has mosquitoes screen protection."
