"Excellent location, excellent apartment! Only complaint would be I didn’t know where to park and didn’t know checkin was in a different building. It would have been nice to know this prior to securing the room. "

"Very short walking distance to Altstadt and Maria-Theresien-Strasse. Great cafe adjoining (Cafe Central) with a wonderful patio. Friendly staff and wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again!"
"The Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz is a unique hotel in the middle of the old town of Innsbruck. It is probably one of the best locations in town. The building has so much character being from 1465, yet the rooms are modern and top notch, with smart A/C that turns off when the windows are opened. It is a small business and the owners work themselves at the reception and the bar. Yes, bar and reception are both the same and they are on the 6th floor of the building! I rented one of their smallest room without breakfast for only a couple of nights, and the staff made me feel like I was their only guest. Incredible hospitality. I will recommend this place in one breath with Innsbruck. "
"When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome.
Sometimes you just know the body language of people even though you don’t understand what they were saying in their language. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude. "
