The view was unparalleled. We enjoyed the unique architecture of the home with so many areas to explore like the pool table room, elevated seating area, gym, small yard we used for soccer, expansive patio, and library. There was beautiful landscaping throughout the property. The road going up to the villa was steep and narrow so we chose to have cars arranged for arrival and departure and used uber/taxis when needed. Jennifer and Pietro were very attentive.

#### This is the place!

The location was excellent! We couldn't have been more happy. We were a party of 10 (8 adults,2 kids) and this was perfect spot for us. There was plenty of room, well equipped, and everything was very clean. The views from this home are so much better in person, than the picture’s online! Check-in with Jennifer was very helpful and check out was just as smooth. It's very close to all main attractions, restaurants, and lake. Driving up to the villa can be a little tight, but just take your time. We cant say enough about the generosity and our communication with Pietro, the owner. He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole trip. He was very responsive in answering any questions, helping with recommending restaurants, and excursions. Definitely take a guided boat trip for the day. With no hesitation, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Pietro’s home to anyone visiting Como. Cheers

#### Great Villa with some compromises

The property has beautiful views and balconies. The property manager is fantastic and very responsive. We traveled with a group of 6 adults who all found access to the property difficult by car with very narrow, steep one lane roads with two way traffic leading to challenging vehicle access for anyone other than the locals. The walk to town is 30 minutes and steep. The property is and the heating system when run resulted in a loud "banging sound" throughout the night that rattled through the pipes throughout the house requiring us to turn off the heat despite the cold weather.
