The wooden beams and exposed brickwork give character and elegance to this newly renovated flat, perfect for a couple but also for families or groups of friends. At the entrance, there is direct access to the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night; next to it, a space is used as a sleeping area with a double bed. Next to the sofa, a large white wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for clothes, while the wall-mounted television allows you to relax and comfortably watch your favourite programmes and films. The large window lets in plenty of natural light. The kitchen, with its shabby style, is compact and well organised, equipped with the essentials for cooking just like at home; there is also a coffee machine and a kettle, ideal for starting the day with an excellent breakfast. Next to the kitchen is a table with 4 stools, perfect for lunches and dinners, but also for aperitifs in company. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a toilet, bidet and a spacious shower with glass cubicle, finished with wood-effect tiles that add a natural touch to the room. The flat also has its own washing machine. Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. The flat does not have a private parking space, but parking spaces can be found in the vicinity for a fee. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any commercial activity inside the flat is forbidden. Access: Please note that you will enter the flat by performing a SELF CHECK-IN. After successfully completing the online registration, you will be sent an email with INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the flat yourself. In case of need, our customer service team is ready to assist you from 8:00 to 22:00 via phone, email or WhatsApp. Nearby: LA MAISON's location allows you to visit the entire city centre on foot. Located on one of the main avenues of the historic centre, opposite the Coin building, there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants just below the flat. In 2 minutes you can reach Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat and reach the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna). In 1 minute you can also reach Piazza Duomo and its Broletto, and shopping streets such as Via Vittorio Emanuele. Other squares worth visiting are only a 5-minute walk away, such as Piazza San Fedele and Piazza Volta, the latter of which has become a major meeting point for the city's evening life in recent years with its many restaurants and bars. Also on foot, or by renting city bikes, one can reach Villa Olmo and its park by taking the picturesque walk from the Hangar, and Villa Geno by taking the lakeside promenade of Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse. How to get there: By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Centro exit and drive along Via Pasquale Paoli, Via Napoleona and Viale Innocenzo to reach the centre, or take the Como Lago exit and drive along Via per Cernobbio and Via Borgovico Nuova, from the motorway exit in about 20 minutes following the GPS you will be in front of the flat. You can park in the blue parking spaces (for a fee from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.) or in the city car parks (Autosilo Parcheggio Centro Lago, Autosilo Valduce, etc.).
