I traveled with my wife and 13-year-old daughter to Budapest in the summer of 2025\. The Harmonia Palace is on the periphery of Budapest’s city center. The reasons I chose the Harmonia Palace are: - Each unit is spacious. There were three of us, and I wanted us to be comfortable and have our own space. There is a small kitchenette and a table with four seats for dining. We stayed in the Jade Heritage suite, which had two enormous windows that let in plenty of natural light. - The building used to be a duke’s mansion. They preserved the classic design but renovated it luxuriously. I really liked the interior design. Location-wise, it’s not in the very center, but it’s conveniently close to the Hungarian National Museum and Central Market Hall. One big advantage of its location is that it’s only a 3-minute walk from the airport shuttle stop. I find rideshares and taxis in some parts of Europe a bit shady, so I always try to use the airport shuttle when available. Harmonia Palace is just one stop away from the airport if you take the 100E bus, which also runs throughout the night. The reasons I did not give Harmonia Palace five stars are: - We arrived in Budapest after 9:30 pm. Their check-in hours are 9 am - 9:30 pm, so we had to pay €40 for late check-in. I’ve never had to pay for late check-in. Since the building used to be a mansion, the entrance is a gigantic double door that opens to an interior courtyard, where noise easily echoes. - It’s not in the very center

A perfect stay from beginning to end. The entire staff, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers were all professional, helpful and ready to meet any need that arose. The entire facility is spotlessly clean, the food in the restaurant is perfectly prepared. This is our second stay at this facility, we highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest..

Very nice hotel in central location with excellent staff. Room large and comfortable but take ear plugs as air con makes a noise at night and ask for a solid pillow as mine were lumpy. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice but walked in first morning and all tables needed clearing. One staff member but walking around in a coat so didnt know she was staff. Second morning was much better - cleared tables and a different staff member greeted me. Really enjoyed my stay.
