Located on the 112 year old Historic Biermann Ranch and completely updated in 2020 from top to bottom, take in the cows in the pasture and towering oak trees that shade the home. The freestanding soaking tub in the master bedroom along with the marble floors, countertop and tile throughout make for a relaxing place to unwind from city life and enjoy true Texas Hill Country living. The pool table is great for family fun while being steps away from the open kitchen great for meals with the family at the table or bar. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 bedroom is fit with a king bed and daybed with trundle perfect for the little ones.
