We were greeted warmly and professionally and received amazing customer service throughout the hotel - valet, front desk, restaurant, bar and coffee shop! The rooms were quiet and the lobby has a really nice vibe.

This hotel was amazing and we cannot wait to stay again! There was a mix up with our room which the staff resolved - they were so friendly and helpful. The food so good. Normally hotel breakfasts are bland and basic. This was beyond delicious. The only negative thing about the hotel was the toilet paper. It was rough and felt cheap. Everything else was amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lobby is hands down so well designed . One of most beautiful but utilizable design I’ve ever seen . Great study area - socializing areas - large and central and tastefully decorated . The rooms were similar however we had no hot water in the sink and the knob came off in the shower so just things on a contractor level that need to be fixed I’m assuming in several rooms being a new establishment. Was also very underwhelmed by the food in the restaurant which again is said because it is also very aesthetically pleasing .

The Junto is my new favorite place to stay. The lobby is all the vibes with a bar, nice sitting, a nice restaurant, and coffee shop! The staff was super friendly and it smelled AMAZING!!! I can't wait to return. :)

First of all no pool. But really no big deal. The wedding on the 2nd floor that we could hear on the 4th floor with loud thumping music was way too much. The wedding had already been told to tune it down and i called and complained as we had to get up early and really werent looking to have a dsnce party in our hotel room 2 floors down. And i actually think after being told again, they turned it up. I wont stay there again.

It's very overrated Hotel. the atmosphere of the hotel was not relaxing and it was very crowded. If you see this crowd in a large space, it might be pleasant, but in a small space, it felt insecure. Upon my departure, I noticed some unusual transactions on my bank account from the hotel. Despite reaching out to the hotel for clarification, the responses provided were unsatisfactory, with promises of a callback which never happened. don't think the amount of you are paying through the website is end of the story, many additional charges may occur. I believe you can get much better hotels with this amount, and don't expect too much from this hotel.

Gorgeous. Lively. Stylish. Helpful staff. Most hip and active lobby I’ve ever seen. They’ve got a Library of Things (gear garage) and free tickets to COSI. Easy 20 minute walk to the convention center. Loved it!

The atmosphere ia nice, except our room was on the 7th floor, so w could hear noise form the rooftop bar even though our room was supposed to be “soundproof”. Also dining options are scarce for the capacity of the hotel. All restaurants had a 2hr. Plus wait on Saturday night.
