Getting Around: There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. The laundry space is shared between all units. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. I was told it wouldn’t work until 4pm. I messaged 4 times about early check in with no reply. The VRBO states they have a shared laundry and a key box was outside and they provided the code….don’t work at all. I inquired about that and they attempted to educate me on my numbers. It still didn’t open. We entered the residence and it is nothing like the photos. If you are bored take a look at the nice sectional in the photo. Yeah not there. The couch in the living looked as if it was collected off the curb. It had a broken right corner leg with a drywall screw holding it on. In the photos it pictures these beautiful towels, floral arrangements, and welcoming items. NOT THE CASE….I will be honest I could have bought better furniture outside of a FOB in Afghanistan or Iraq. In the hallway that is not pictured it looks like someone threw up spackle on the drywall, as most of you know sparkle is white…..nope yellow. As we walked the rooms the beds were made, but with no blankets just sheets. I called again to advise “Patriot Family Homes” that now the beds only had sheets, and I was told verbatim, “Use the key to the laundry area they are probably in the dryer go grab them.” In them saying that my wife heard it and replied, “profanity.” This only lets me say so much, look me up on Facebook and will provide screenshots and photos.
