The building has four units in total. Entry to the building is through a shared exterior door with a keypad for keyless access. Our condo is located on the second floor, therefore, guests will need to climb stairs. Access is via a private keyless entry. Off-street parking is usually available. If the lot is full, you can park in Zone SNB. To park in Zone SNB, please provide your license plate number, state, and the first and last name of the car owner. A map of Zone SNB is on the bedroom bulletin board next to the house rules. By the way, please avoid parking in front of any blue recycling bins. Other things to note Please reach out to the host if you have questions about parking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. If you need to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. We kindly ask that you review the rest of our house rules before your stay. The condo is nestled between Downtown Columbus and The Ohio State University, in the Short North Arts District — a dynamic neighborhood celebrated for its creativity, culture, and energy. Centrally located, very close to restaurants, bars and the OSU campus. Very easy to get around without a vehicle, Having said that, it can be VERY noisy. We bought earplugs after the first night.Corey was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly.The kitchen was large and well equipped. It was very easy for two of us to make meals together.The unit was generally very clean and well kept.
