Gorgeous and fully renovated 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house ready for guests! Located between OSU and the Short North this location is prime for anyone looking to enjoy all downtown Columbus has to offer! Upon entering the front door, a bright, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen welcomes you. Enjoy our brand new kitchen appliances, well stocked pantry and ample seating for your friends and family to gather together. The 1/2 bath and wine bar make this the perfect space to entertain. An open and comfortable living space gives access to the back patio, grill and garage. Offering yet more space to mingle or relax! Heading up the front stairs you will find the 2 bunk rooms, with full closets and designer grade bathrooms. A linen closet, and laundry room in the hallway keeps our guests well stocked with clean, fresh towels and linens. The main bedroom boasts a beautiful attached bathroom, as well as an walk in closet. On this level you will have access to our front balcony, where you can sip coffee and enjoy the city views and the park across the street. Heading up to the 3rd floor you will find a \`camp\` inspired room, sleeping 6 guests individually, and access to the spacious rooftop balcony, with furniture and amenities weather permitting. Ample on-site street parking. Garage available. Please reach out with any questions, concerns or feedback asap! We are local and always available. Safe, clean neighborhood located near a busy and fun park, as well a nice walking trail along the Olentangy River.
