Our charming 4-bed, 3.5-bath home is just a stone's throw from the Riverwalk near Fort Moore. With ample space to sleep 18 guests, this cozy haven offers modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. We want our guests to relax and feel "at home." Family-friendly, and pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you! The Space: \*\*\*Our pool is closed for the season. It will be noted here when it reopens in the Summer of 2026.\*\*\* Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside, the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV leads to the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group. The bedrooms in this home are large! The first has three double beds. The second has two double beds. The third has two double beds. The last bedroom has a queen bed. Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally. \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in Briarwood which is in the midtown area. We are just a short drive from downtown! Some guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to ensure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it before booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. But the call was returned politely and the problem addressed. No gutters made entering in the rain a drippy mess from a muddy driveway. The house was charming from the outside with enough parking for our 2 large rental vehicles in the driveway. There were ample beds and to accommodate all 10 people staying including the pull out couch in the living room. Extra pillows and comforters were easily accessible. Any hiccups with the property were dealt with in a timely manner by the property management. We were able to contact the help line after hours when the entry door pad was not working and we were able to use the lock box to gain access which was nice to not be out of luck given the late hour of our arrival. Would definitely stay at this property again or any of the patriot home’s properties in the future. ##### Dorothy G. Seating area in the living area is limited to 6-8 (two couches), which is okay if you are only there for sleeping and meals. House and linens were all clean and plentiful. Kitchen was wide open and well supplied.. a bigger better fry pan would have been helpful. The little one was small and crappy and NON stick. Lots of great dishes and glasses tho. The internet kept going in and out and we had to use our phones as a hot spot... annoying. The bathroom window was broken and glass everywhere... I attempted all weekend to get it addressed to no avail. Location was good with a Walgreens next door. grocery 5 mins away and only 13 mins to base.
