The rental is on one half of a brick ranch duplex. There is one step up into the unit. Each side has separate and private entrances. Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement, the fast WiFi, barbecue, laptop-friendly workstations, and yard games (corn hole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more). We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed, but many baby safety items are available for your setup and use. Please see the amenity list for stocked items. Streaming services are not provided. Please feel free to log in to your accounts. The Roku TV in the living room has a guest mode available. Do remember to log out before checking out. You can set the dates, and the TV will automatically log you out. We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters. From here, you're just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the vibrant art and Cultural District of downtown Columbus. While we appreciate your interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit. There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house. Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. It is located in a charming, historic area of Clintonville in North Columbus. Evan reached out multiple times to make sure I knew what to expect in advance and how to reach him. We needed a property that was family & pet friendly and NOT downtown. This property checked all the boxes. The host was very communicative and check in/out was very seamless. The property was spotless, great neighbors, and a nice backyard area for us to hang out in the shade. Our dog enjoyed taking lengthy walks behind the property that was a large field entrance to a private school. The WiFi was able to handle the kids gaming, while I got some work done in the evenings. Location was very convenient to multiple highways, which is a must for Columbus traffic. Average 20-30 mins to anywhere around Columbus area from COSI downtown to the zoo/waterpark. Will be utilizing this property for future family visits & buckeye games. ##### Chase C.
