Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. Good selection of restaurants & bars in walking distance. It is very quiet because it backs up to the parking lot, not the main street. The place is well equipped in the kitchen and clean and modern.
