Two-Story Oasis, Moore Bliss Summary: Welcome to this gorgeous two-story home located in a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Create memories with families and friends while staying at our place; we provide everything you need to feel "at home." Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you! The Space: Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will discover a stylish living room with lots of seating. A staircase can be seen near the the living room. Walk straight and you will reach the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a laundry area and a half bathroom. A nearby door will lead you to a 2 car garage. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms can be found upstairs. \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: We are located in a quiet residential area and is conveniently nearby major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. Only 15 minutes away from the riverwalk and uptown Columbus! Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. We walked through it and left within 20 minutes of arriving. We notified the host immediately that we were checking out and received what appeared to be an automated response- hope you enjoyed your stay- or something along those lines. And then, on the day prior to what would have been our regular departure, received another message asking if we wanted late checkout or to stay another day. This was the first time that we have had a bad VBRO experience as our other rentals’ listings were everything the listing said it would be. This one did not. The house wasn't exceptionally clean. Some of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen were dirty and we had to clean them before we used them. The pictures on Vrbo of the property made the house look way nicer then it actually was ! The beds were very comfy, the pillows weren't though. Check in/ out was easy ! We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. House looked liked the pictures, it was clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest adding a love seat or chair to the living room, not enough seats for a movie night with family and maybe new pots and pans. The ones they have, food sticks but it wasnt a huge issue. The flooring was newer as well. The minimum basics were in the kitchen. I can't comment on the quality of the TV as that is not my expertise, but my family enjoyed the services that were available. The negatives: 1 bed had a dirty set of towels and a top sheet on it (as if a child with dirty hands was near...hopefully chocolate. We found bugs on night 1, but none after this. Every inch of floor molding, door and window molding were disgustingly gross. At this point, if it were a hotel I would have demanded a new room or my money back. The showers were unsatisfactorily cleaned as well and the shower curtain was ripped and new holes poked through. The one tub seemed the only clean surface. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need to be replaced, they are falling apart and the high-touch areas were clearly not clean. Because my family has food allergies we had to cook all our meals and for the 9 of us that was a challenge. It took 30 min. or more to cook all the pancakes we needed as there was just one skillet which could only cook one at a time. There was a broom and mop but no floor cleaner. There was a very small amount of spray cleaner under the sink. We were provided only 2 dishwashing pods, which wasn't enough for that amount of people.
