You will have many options to stay entertained. The Space: This splendor three bed, three bath was recently built and provides a luxury feel throughout the space. The kitchen features high-quality appliances, solid surface counters, and modern wood cabinetry along with high-grade wood-grain laminate flooring. Refrigerators are complete with ice-makers. Enjoy the pool, gym, and spa on your stay! Reminder, on the second floor there is the community room featuring the pool, pool table, open offices and a TV. POOL AND HOT TUB REMINDER: THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND (CLOSED: SEPTEMBER TO MAY). THE HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND, THOUGH USE IS WEATHER-DEPENDENT AND MAY CLOSE IF TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW 30°F. The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (3 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (1mile) are all right around the corner. Getting Around: Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Pool area under surveillance at all times. NO DIVING HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES: Maximum capacity: 12 people. No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time. For safety reasons, the hot tub is maintained at 104°F, there is no lifeguard on duty, and the area is not supervised, so no one under 18 is permitted to use it. Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time. No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted. No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub. Proper swim attire required at all times. Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub. Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations. VIOLATION OF ANY RULE(S) SET FORTH HEREIN MAY RESULT IN FINES TO BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. It was very dusty. The lights over the kitchen island were so dirty that we were reluctant to use the island to prepare or eat meals there. There was hair in all the bathrooms.. floors, vanity & sinks along with dried urine that was on the upstairs toilet base when we arrived. There was also dust or a spider web hanging from the upstairs bedroom ceiling. My family travelled to Columbus for a procedure my granddaughter had at Nationwide Children’s. We had to wear masks & could not have the owner re-clean and risk the baby being exposed to people coming in. The owner refused a partial refund because they did not have the opportunity to come in and re-clean. It should have been properly cleaned in the first place. The views were beautiful. The pool and pool area were perfect. The gym was excellent quality. The hosts were very nice. Check in/out was extremely simple. The garage key didn’t work but I was informed ahead of time that that might be the case. And it turned out that parking in the leasing office lot was very convenient anyway. It’s very close to several restaurants and attractions.The only downsides were a few minor amenities that could have been better provided such as extra toilet paper and trash bags which we ended up having to purchase ourselves. There was only one towel and wash cloth per person available. No dish towels or cloths in the kitchen. There weren’t very many plates and glasses either. Small things like that which didn’t detract from the stay, but if I were to come back, I would just go ahead and bring these things myself. Overall it was the perfect place for us to stay. USA 7 juill. 2025 #### 4th of July We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone, and it was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. The unit felt secure, and we appreciated the quiet surroundings.That said, a few things could be improved. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked—especially if you’re traveling with kids or plan to cook meals. The upstairs loft got pretty hot at night, making it less comfortable as a sleeping space. We also had some difficulty with the key and garage fob—they didn’t always work consistently, which made coming and going a bit frustrating.Still, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the home’s charm and layout. With a few updates, it could be a five-star stay! ##### Mark C. The good—mattresses, pillows, sheets, and towels are comfortable and decent quality. The central location makes shopping and tourism in other parts of the city doable. H2H contact (Tom) was helpful when we had questions. Less than good—Hall bathroom had no working outlet and bad lighting. The kitchen has very basic equipment and only three coffee cups and no wine glasses. No kitchen towels and lack of knives. Time to take inventory and restock. ##### Sarah A.
