You are renting the 1st floor of a residential complex, with access to all rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement and two storage closets are reserved for housekeeping use only. If you are driving, there is unlimited free street parking available in the area, as well as one off-street parking spot behind the house. All floors of this property are short-term rentals, so we're not on the premises. However, we're always just a quick message away.
