Spacious 2 bed 2 bath located in Marion Village. Private Garage Parking + Laundry! \[Coffee, Vintage Bathtub, Smart TV, Comfy Mattresses, Central AC & Heating, Washer & Dryer, Dedicated Workspace\] This home is an outstanding option for mid term renters, so don't hesitate to reach out. The home is 5 mins from Nationwide Children's Hospital. NEXT TO German Village & Downtown Columbus. Vintage charm & modern comfort all in one :) As hosts, we are always available during your stay. The first floor consists of a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a dining room, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find both bedrooms, and another full bathroom. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has a Queen size bed. Out the back door of the home there is a yard, as well as the garage. This garage can fit 2 sedan sized vehicles, or one SUV sized vehicle. There is an accessible basement in this home. Enjoy this space as a den, or use it as sleeping accommodations for larger groups! There is a front porch with 2 chairs. There is also free street parking out front of the home. Guests may access the entire home, including the basement and garage. We found street parking very easily, even after a late night hockey game at Nationwide. Note that there is no driveway. It was unclear how to access the garage although a few remotes were found in the house for an alley and a garage but no additional information. The home was lacking some attention to detail with no kitchen towels, an empty paper towel roll, only 3 regular sized coffee cups, no hand soap in the kitchen, 1 bottle of dandruff shampoo and an used bar of soap in one bathroom. No shampoo in the other shower. And no towels in the bathrooms. We did find a linen closet with bathroom towels but never found anything for the kitchen. We also had to hunt down a bag for the kitchen garbage can. In full disclosure, I did not contact the host as we were only at the house for an hour of rest/outfit change before we left and then didn't return until 10:30pm at night which is when we noticed missing items. ##### Barbara S.
