I brought my grandmother with me, and thankfully she's very mobile, otherwise the steep stairs and slippery bathtub could've been an issue. The bedrooms and kitchen were great. Overall we appreciated how clean it was and really have no complaints. Plus it was an excellent price, at least when we went in early spring. However the cleaning staff didn't do especially good job before I arrived. There were no towels on the first floor and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Overall the beds and baths were clean but I will slightly disappointed in missing linens.Ceiling light bulb in the living room was burnt out so it was difficult to get in to the door without a flashlight. You can literally look out the front window and see it across the street and there is a fabulous coffee shop next to the bookstore. Stuart Little's door (photo-op) is just down the street and Katzingers Deli is a short walk in the other direction. The house itself has comfortable seating for everyone after a day of walking, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean & functioning. The hosts were quick to respond to all communications and left plenty of helpful info inside the house.
