We liked the large bedrooms with king beds and proximity to Broadway. The house is near active train tracks which should have been disclosed in the listing. It’s very loud during the night and early morning. The bathrooms are lacking handrails in the bath/shower for older adults. The exterior needs to be cleaned up.
