Cozy, Modern, and Fun! Summary: This tiny home offers big southern hospitality! Columbus' first tiny house BnB, it’s fully equipped with hotel amenities at a fraction of the price. Want to experience the tiny living lifestyle? Stay for the weekend or longer – we’ll take care of you! Enjoy both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. The Space: The tiny house comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom features a surprisingly spacious shower for its size, along with a toilet. The kitchen includes all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and more! Enjoy a restful night on the comfortable memory foam full-size bed or relax on the modern futon chairs. Beds come with quality linens, and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience. NOTE: This tiny home is heated with space heaters, not central heating. This Tiny House is located behind another listing: Goldfinch Mansion (Yellow Victorian). They can be booked together for larger parties or families wishing to have two separate living spaces! Please just contact the host! \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: Very safe and historic neighborhood. Tiny home is located behind our Goldfinch Mansion which can be combined as one booking for larger groups! Getting Around: This tiny house is located in the back of 1512 18th street. The main house will be easy to find on any GPS. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Tiny house does have a fence around its perimeter if guest is bringing a dog. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. ## Property amenities ### Internet - Moved us to another place and it had no water. Pipes were froze. Instead of sending a maintenance person over. They told us what to do. My boyfriend went and bought water so we could flush the toilet. We will never rent anything to do with Vrbo or Patriot family. Somebody needs to reemburst for what we went through. Nov 2, 2021 Disliked: Cleanliness, location #### Needs a bit of love and then will be a better experience I hate to leave a bad review, but would have loved to know before booking this over a hotel room. We wanted to experience tiny home living so opted to stay here. It was difficult to find as it is behind a house and the gps doesn't take you there. Overall, the setup was laid out well. The decor was cute and there were the necessities for an overnight stay. However, it was much like camping. There were bugs in the shower, dog or cat and human hair on the sheets, bed was uncomfortable, floors were dirty, everything needed dusting and it definitely needed a good deep cleaning. With a few updates, good cleaning, and a few extra touches, it could be great. Patriot homes was quick and responsive with check in process though which was helpful. Lockbox and wifi were easy to use and the tv worked well. No cable with local channels, but internet if you have logins and can stream from your phone. ##### Jenna M. The most important thing in providing accommodation is to have a comfort Bed, which is not was offered. The bed mattress did not fit the bed frame or box spring which leads to a mattress that shifts alot. By day four, it looks like there were termites in the shower. Upon the initial shock that the tiny house is located at the back of someone's property, the front door needs painting, and the odor upon entrance is that of a previous smoker's residency. It was very family friendly and close to the places we were wanting to visit! The only recommendation would be a better explanation as to how to find the property as it is tucked away behind a house (Or at least better lighting along the walkway and gated entrance on the right side of the house).
