Summary:
Located in the trendy Short North District is this slick western style apartment where you can walk to countless bars, restaurants and shops all right on your doorstep!

The Space:
The living room features a plush sofa and large decked coffee table that sits opposite the 50’ Roku TV giving you access top entertainment and all your favorite streaming apps. By night slide over the coffee table and convert the sofa into a comfortable full size bed for an additional two guests – perfect for movie nights.

Cook up a batch of pancakes for breakfast or a full 3 course meal in the compact wrap around kitchen that comes fully equipped with quality appliances. There is a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven & cooktop, a coffee machine, a dishwasher to handle the cleaning up and all the pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware you could need, even a washing machine and dryer!

Step through into the bedroom which continues the country chic style with a large queen bed topped with quality linen and bedding, two reading lamps and a soft area rug to define the space.

The cozy ensuite sized bathroom features a relaxing bath where you can lay back and relax after a day spent exploring the city, an overhead shower complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and plenty of soft fluffy towels to wrap yourself in after your soothing bubble bath.

There is a digital lock on the door for easy and convenient access.

The Neighborhood:
A 5 min walk to the best bars, restaurants, and shops in the city!

Getting Around:
This great central location is the perfect base to explore Columbus on foot or by car with easy access to the highway to get you where you need to be.

Other Things to Note:
There is paid parking available on the street directly next to the complex. There is no parking spaces available in the lot attached to the property.

Please DO NOT park in any of the parking spaces connected to the unit. The only available parking is located on the street directly next to the unit.

For longer stays (2+nights) You can also purchase a daily parking pass for $3 (paid directly through ParkColumbus app) that allows you to park in the “SNB” permit zone which is directly outside of the Airbnb.

Metered parking available on N High St. or 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Cute Place but Needs Fixing

This place was really cute and had the potential for a 5 star review. It is perfectly located but had some issues that I feel is why this is not a 5 star place - it was an unfortunate experience. If they fix these things, it could be a great place to stay.1. The Front Door was BROKEN. We couldn’t close the door all the way…. In January! We had gotten there later in the afternoon and needed somewhere to stay following a concert so we had no choice. The issue with the door not only made it cold but also extremely unsafe. Thank goodness it was in the 2nd floor so less likely for someone to just wonder in. There was a chain lock, however, this could have probably been broken through easily. Because of this issue, we did not stay the 2nd night we had booked and the management had only said “We’ll let maintenance know”. Meanwhile, all of our things had to be packed up because we couldn’t even lock the door with the keypad. Would have been nice to get some returned compensation due to this issue, however, I was only followed up with a request for a review.2. Broken blinds and no curtains on the kitchen window. Again, thank goodness we were on the 2nd floor.3. Running toilet - the toilet would run after flushing if you didn’t jiggle the handle.4. Just a note - it would have been nice to have some bottled water or filtered water pitcher in the fridge.Fellow Christian VRBOers:Rock City Church was SO close and had a great nondenominational service!
