You will have many options to stay entertained. The Space: This splendor three bed, two bath and a deck was recently built and provides a luxury feel throughout the space. The kitchen features high-quality appliances, solid surface counters, and modern wood cabinetry along with high-grade wood-grain laminate flooring. Refrigerators are complete with ice-makers. Enjoy the pool, gym, and spa on your stay! Reminder, on the second floor there is the community room featuring the pool, pool table, open offices and a TV. POOL AND HOT TUB REMINDER: THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND (CLOSED: SEPTEMBER TO MAY). Getting Around: Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Persons suffering from communicable illness, skin diseases, eye, ear, nose and throat infections as well as persons under the influence of intoxicants are prohibited from using the pool. No running, ball playing or throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking or any other horseplay is allowed at any time Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pool area under surveillance at all times. NO DIVING HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES: Maximum capacity: 12 people. No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time. For safety reasons, the hot tub is maintained at 104°F, there is no lifeguard on duty, and the area is not supervised, so no one under 18 is permitted to use it. Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time. No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted. No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub. Proper swim attire required at all times. Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub. Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations. VIOLATION OF ANY RULE(S) SET FORTH HEREIN MAY RESULT IN FINES TO BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. The railing on the steps going up had tape to hold the top rail, the walls have hole marks from decorations being taken down and the kitchen floor had crumbs on it. The beds and bathrooms were clean. Apartment was surface cleaned, however there were stains in the carpet. They had towels for 6 but only a couple wash clothes and no kitchen towels or oven mitts, or pool towels so pack some extra. Pool was not opened as site had indicated, so we didn’t get to use it even though it is one of the reasons we picked this apartment, it finally opened the last day we were there. The parking garage was convenient but not the overflow lots. Overall it was acceptable, but a bit disappointing. ##### christi m. The first problem with this place was entering. The key fob opened the door about 25% of the time. Didn’t really matter because the other side of the double door didn’t lock. (security issue) The furnace didn’t work. Mold and mildew in both showers. Master bath sink extremely slow to drain.Various light bulbs burnt out. Washing machine was filthy and appeared to have mold and mildew. It also smelled. Filth and dirt all over the floor around washer. Boards with nails next to washer. Patio door didn’t lock. Paint coming off railing to the upstairs. Bolts falling out of the railing to the upstairs.Dishes were wet and unclean. Water leaking around the upstairs bedroom window causing mold and mildew. I left after one night and demanding my money be refunded. I would not ever get anywhere near this unit or this building again as I am sure the maintenance is about the same ##### Mary S. The property did not have a lot of items normally found in a rental, like kitchen items and stocked bathrooms, but for our purposes it was okay.
