The location was perfect—just minutes from the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts and close to everything we needed. We loved the artistic touches throughout the home, as well as the updated furnishings, new appliances, and modern bathrooms.The beautifully landscaped front and backyard created such a peaceful atmosphere, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood that felt very family-friendly. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell the owners put a lot of care into maintaining the property. There was no bed in the living room. At 6am my son woke up to a sprinkler or something from outside banging on the window. This happened for two days before the owner handled the problem. At move out, they charged my card an extra 250 for my 17 year old daughter "soiling" the mattress protector. First of all, my daughter never soiled the bed and you mean to tell me if she did it went through all the sheets and on the mattress cover??? And 250????
