The place was conveient to where we were going and was okay. I had got 2 rooms and the staff at the front desk was rude to my daughter when she approached them about the creamer on coffee bar. She told them that one of the liquid creamers was coming out clear (as we know it should come out white like cream) she was told thats how they make it and if she didn't like it to use something else. That is an unacceptable response for me because it was the one she liked and it was not right but had to settle for something else and not enjoy all the complimentary things that were available is beyond acceptable. Really its not complimentary when we are paying to stay there. You can have a great place and when you end up with poor service from staff can be a deal breaker.

Our stay was really good. Note I have 2- suggestions: 1 the king size bed "Platform" was very abusive to my wife's leg. Walking by the bed , the platform would bump into her! 2nd item The toilet bowl needs to have less water in it. As a male sitting down, the water & ???? was touching my private parts. This was uncomfortable.

I travel alone for work regularly. I need a place to sleep and shower, but don't need a lot of space otherwise. I liked the compact room, and it was a very convenient location. My only complaint, and it feels petty to say this, is that the desk was right up against the air conditioner, and I was freezing while I worked. If I turned it warmer, the room got too warm. And the chair was weird. I felt like I was falling every time I moved.

Nice newish hotel, with a community area in the lobby (free pool table, 24/7 coffee/tea, comfortable seating). Breakfast was very basic. Not enough food out (ran out of sausage patties at 7am with almost no one in the room). Pancakes were meh. Great to have instant food options for people to purchase in the lobby, but there are only very unhealthy choices. Room was VERY small (except bathroom which was huge!). Bed was comfy. Fan on HVAC could not be turned off unless it was unplugged (then no heat on a Feb night). Blind on window was out of the track and we had to fight with it to get it to move up or down. NO coffee pot or microwave in the room (shared microwave and coffee in the lobby, which is not convenient). The woman who checked us in was behaving very strangely. Talking loudly, shouting at elderly guests who checked in saying "Happy ... Happy ... Happy". On her personal phone, talking so everyone could here. "Dancing" in the lobby area. She was efficient and attended to guests but ... very bizarre behavior indeed. On balance, we were disappointed and would not stay at this hotel again.
