Our condo is a short walk away from the University of South Carolina's Campus and the restaurants of Five Points. The unit has LVP flooring, a well-appointed kitchen, and all new bedding. The property is very close to Sengra Park, The Vista, and Williams Brice Stadium. We have decorated with new furniture, new internet TVs, and a well outfitted kitchen for your stay. Our unit is perfect for a corporate client or someone looking for the perfect Game Day getaway for USC sports. For all the South Carolina Gamecocks out there we are also going to contribute $25 a stay to Carolina Rise to support our Gamecock Athletics. It was super clean, easy to access and Jason was super accessible and great to communicate with. On top of that it was ideally located right in Five Points near everything including campus. There was a freight train that passed through about eight times a day directly ON Greene St. one block away; the horns blared loudly for several minutes each time. There was also loud street noise most nights. On a positive note, the host was very responsive to ordering and delivering basic cooking necessities that were missing in the kitchen. Also, there was no comfortable place to eat or work. I was working remotely while my daughter needed a good night's sleep for her clinical rotation at Prisma each day. ##### LISA E.
