After vacationing for years on Lake Murray, we finally found our dream Lake Home, and are now sharing with others. This resort-like custom home in the most premium location on the lake offers the perfect escape for fun and relaxation! The impossible to find location has both open water and swimming cove waterfront, a beautiful view of the Dam, Custom Cabana with giant bed swing, Pool, Paddleboards, Dock and all on a beautifully landscaped lot. Huge porches offers amazing views and open spaces to enjoy the outdoors, while the luxurious memory foam mattresses of all four unique guest suites wait to help you dream of the lake adventures to come..  
  
This custom, 4 bedroom, split level property is a Lake Murray dream come true, with expansive views, and a picture perfect manicured yard and pool oasis. The King Size master suite, main kitchen, living and dining are upstairs with multiple French doors accessing a style screened porch at tree height, while the downstairs has three guest rooms and a separate living area and kitchenette that are super comfy and kid friendly.  
  
The Master suite is a King Bed with beautiful walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub, featuring sliding glass doors opening to the huge screened in upper porch for beautiful lake views and breezes.  
  
The lower level features three bedrooms, two of which have their own full bathroom, and separate living area, with small kitchenette for convenience in a spacious laundry room. This floor also has a large porch with swing, grill and rocking chairs.  
  
The yard lures you to the pool and lake on a beautiful stone path over a shaded play yard. In summer, the pool never turns into a bathtub as there is perfect shade until mid morning and then again mid afternoon, so you can swim and play without frying all day. The cabana is a destination of it's own, and the center of activity year round. You'll have a hard time fighting off a nap in the giant custom suspended porch swing, and even the hottest days offer a shaded lake breeze all day. An excursion fishing kayak also await for exploring the lake or fishing.  
  
If the lake is your calling, you can add-on our 23' 175 HP Tri-Toon as an option. (April-Oct)  
  
  
\*\*IMPORTANT NOTES - The house has unlocked access to a pool and lake frontage, so families must be responsible for any older children brought. We do not allow babies or toddlers, and strongly caution against having any children at the property who are not capable swimmers and/or properly supervised at all times! The house is not 'baby-proofed' as well, so there are no things such as outlet covers or lack of breakable items at little kid heights.  
  
Only guests of the property are allowed on the property. If you would like to have any additional people at the house for a small gathering such as a birthday celebration, permission must be granted in advance, and the total number of people must be limited to less than 14. The home is on a septic system, so limitations on water use is very important.  
  
We take guest safety very seriously, and want everyone to have a fantastic, fun and safe visit to our home.

Absolutely perfect location on Lake Murray. Lake life at its best! My extended family found this home exactly as described. The pool was perfectly shaded in the afternoon and the cabana was in a great spot for non-swimmers to sit and not miss out on outside family activities. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for us to spread out to play games, do puzzles, and to just sit and catch up in different size groups. The kitchen and baths were outfitted with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and swimming from the pontoon boat. And the views in the morning sipping our coffee won’t be forgotten. Tim and his family were fabulously helpful and easy to communicate with. We felt very cared for. We hope to be back next year!

#### Annual Lake Vacation with Family

This year we picked Lake Murray as our destination and could not be happier with the location of the property, the amenities, and the communication with our host Tim. The home had plenty of room for our family of 8. As we played cards or games every day, having the large dining table and comfortable seating was awesome. The pool and cabana area was very relaxing, with great cove and lake views. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation! He promptly responded to any questions and gave great suggestions of where to go/what to do in the area. Our group had a fabulous week here!

We had the best time staying at this property. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from the University of South Carolina. It’s perfect for extended families. We all had our own space.Very clean home and so well stocked. The outside is amazing. With the pool and cabana area. Also the dock area by the lake. Definitely rent the boat….the lake is beautiful and fun to explore and the sunsets were amazing. Tim is definitely the nicest person to work with. #### Lakeside

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for a football weekend with friends & family. The outdoor space is the highlight with a lakeside lounging cabana and pool. We used the paddleboards and they even have a pontoon you can rent if desired. There is a small chicken coop with a rooster and his 2 chicks and this was entertaining to us and we even had fresh eggs. The property manager was extremely kind and very easy to communicate with. We hope to return for another weekend at this lovely home.

What’s not to like about a lake, pool and well-appointed house? We opted for boat and highly recommend that. Host was amazingly responsive and very easy to work with. Location makes access to anything in Columbia simple as well. We plan to make this an annual event if possible.

#### Summer fun for whole family

This was a great place to spend a week on Lake Murray. The house was fantastic. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the pool and cabana inviting, and time on the lake made for lifetime memories. The host, Tim, was exceptional. He was available and responsive, accommodating, and very knowledgeable and resourceful. I would highly recommend and would definitely return!

#### Beautiful Views

We stayed for our daughters graduation from U of SC. We were worried about the distance but it was not a problem. The host was great and accommodating. It made the whole trip so easy. We thought it was a perfect spot. We loved many things fresh eggs, grill, pool, paddle boards and all the areas to sit and enjoy the outside.

Had such a great time at this lake house. House had everything we needed. On the water and super quiet but close to town if you need anything or want to grab dinner. Pool, cabana and dock were in great shape and we spent most of our time outside. Tim was perfect host.

This beautiful lakefront home was everything we hoped for, and more. It was perfect for 4 adults and a few guests throughout the week. Multiple seating and activity areas, a fabulous large screen porch (with outdoor dining table), lower covered deck seating and grill, fully stocked kitchen, plus abundance of other amenities. The pool and cabana were our happy place, and the lakefront view was the cherry on top! A fabulous home, in every way.

#### Fantastic family get away!

Our experience at this property on Lake Murray was outstanding! The home has spectacular views and just the perfect space for our family as we traveled to the area to celebrate our son’s graduation from USC. From the minute we expressed an interest in renting this home, Tim was so helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were set for our week! We highly recommend adding the pontoon boat! It is super easy to manage and there is so much to see and do on the lake…not to mention the sunsets…WOW! We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and know we will be back!

This property was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! It had everything we needed and more. The best part was how great the host Tim was. Anything we needed even meeting us at the marina to hop aboard our boat and ride over to his house. We will be going back for sure next year.

#### Everything we hoped for

We were attending a wedding near the property and didn’t want to stay at a hotel, so booked this property. Throughout the weekend we continued to be so thankful we chose this home instead of a hotel. It is exactly as described, very welcoming, clean, comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. We had my husband and I, another couple, and our 3 grown children and our son’s girlfriend. Everyone had their own rooms and more than enough space. We spent most of our time in the pool area, the swing was my husbands favorite place to relax. It is just so peaceful. We enjoyed paddle boarding, the float, the pool…and I would be remiss without mentioning how cool the chickens are! The host was very helpful and immediately responded to questions. Everything we needed was there - kitchen tools, towels, etc. Just cannot say enough about what a wonderful place this is!

#### Special Weekend

Our daughter was getting married in Irmo, SC. Our group of friends who we have known for over 30+ years were all coming in for the wedding. It is also the year all of our husbands turned 65. I found the house on VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for us! The pool, lake, boat, chickens 😁 you never had to leave the property. It was a beautiful wedding and we surprised our husbands with an impromptu Private Chef cooked dinner to celebrate their birthdays. The weather was amazing, the house was amazing and being with family and our dear friends for a special weekend was priceless. Thank you, Tim for providing this wonderful stay. You are a great host!

Could go on forever but I’ll try to be brief. Could not have been more pleased with the house. We actually never left the property, except to go out on the lake everyday, of course! The pool and patio was everything it looked to be in the picture. Owner was great with communication. Loved it so much we’ve decided to pursue a lake house ourselves. In hindsight, made this a damn expensive vacation! Hah! But this house was worth it.
