Parking is only allowed on the RIGHT SIDE of the driveway at ALL TIMES. Thank you for being respectful of our neighbors. If we get a call from our neighbors that you are parked in their driveway, a $150 fee will be added to your stay. Our side of the driveway is deep, providing room for 4 cars and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house as well. 2) SMOKING: We are 420 friendly. No judgement! but there is no cigarette smoking allowed inside of the house OR ON THE FRONT PATIO, failure to comply will result in a $150 charge to your stay. Any cigarette smokers, please dispose of your cigarettes after use - Pick up Cigarette butts and dispose or there will be a charge!! 3) PARTIES: Parties are not allowed at the Boho Bungalow. If a party is thrown, expect a $500 charge to be added to your stay. 4) PETS: We love dogs! 1 dog is allowed per stay for an extra pet fee. You must pick up all poop and dispose properly. Pets must be contained to a kennel/carrier if leaving the house. Pets may not be on the couches/futons. Meals were a little tricky with only 4 spots to sit and eat, and 7 of us in the house, but we made it work. It was nice to have tvs in all bedrooms as well. When we ran into a water leak issue, we reached out to Neil and he responded shortly after. It was also nice to have the countertop ice maker. We appreciated the Keurig with the available K-cups, too. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful, but it should be know the pool is not headed, so it is like an ice bath this time of year. There was no traffic. It is an older home and the area feels run down. The home was perfect for 3 moms staying the weekend. The vrbo site description says HOT TUB so we thought a tub we could all sit in and relax. That is not the case. The tub is a bathtub. Nice but we did not have time to take a bath and we really missed it not being shower. We all had to time our showers in the other bathroom. That bathroom being super tight, not a lot of space to set your toiletries or turn around to get dressed. We used the kitchen for coffee and quick breakfast. The check out information was very helpful. Overall it was a quaint home decorated very cute and vibrant. We all slept well and enjoyed our time there. ##### Stacey C.
