The property was comfortable and inviting and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed 4 nights with family and friends and had a wonderful time. I missed the refund date by 2 days but I emailed Shannon through vrbo and got no response. I repeated the email 3 times. I then tried calling the number thinking if the house could be reposted and rented possibly I could recoup a percentage of the original deposit. No response. Everything we needed was there. It was a very quite location even when we were enjoying the hot tub and deck it felt secluded with the trees in the back yard. The home was in great condition, clean and included anything you would need. We appreciated that they have thought of everything. Our family enjoyed the hot tub in the private, wooded back yard and a shared swimming pool just a 2 minute walk down the street. This home was a perfect location for our adventures to Glacier Park, Flathead Lake and Whitefish Mountain. We also took in the Farmers Market and Rodeo right in Columbia Falls. ##### Beth J.
