This is more than a walkout basement apartment. There are windows in most if not all rooms. Very private, and the owner has thought about a lot of details to ensure you have everything you need. In addition to laundry and dishwasher pods - the bathroom has cotton balls, q-tips, etc - it was really a nice touch to make you feel at home. The VRBO is extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, lots of amenities in the bathroom and kitchen and the location was close to all the places we wanted to visit: Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs, etc. The location is also close to major restaurants/cafes (could walk) and grocery stores (short drive). Plus, there was foosball!! We didn't use the hot tub but foosball was a huge kit with my boys, a long with the mini-green outside.
