We stayed in mid June when the temps weren't crazy, however the lack of air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable. There are plenty of fans in the home that help. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious and very well stocked. The beds are a bit uncomfortable so bring a mattress pad. They provide quality travel size products so you don't have to bring your own. Would recommend bringing extra trash bags and paper towels. The home was very clean and there are plenty of linens and blankets. It was only a short drive to town so its location is also great as it is private but close to enough to town that u can run out and get back quickly if u need anything. If you go in the winter be prepared for an unplowed driveway (that was hard to access) and for shoveling your own walkway. They did not say they would do those things, but it was a little worse then we expected. The hot tub did not work! They said they would send someone out to fix it, but was never fixed.
