So I invited a few couples (with their kids ages 10- 21). We all enjoyed our time here! Everyone found something to stay entertained with (games, hot tub, ping pong, movies). We all had a blast! We did a short hike near the area and fished in the local Palmer Lake pond, then had ice cream! We highly recommend this home for your stay, it was so comfortable for 3 separate (but close friends). From the moment I made the booking, I had a really great experience. The host is super communicative and helpful. The house was in pristine condition and stocked with high-quality items. There was plenty of room for 12 of us after some of us agreed to split beds. The sights are beautiful and the hot tub was a great way to end the night. We also went to Garden of the Gods which was about a 30 minute drive so that wasn’t too bad. There’s also a grocery store, nice coffee shop, and Walmart not to far.
