Close enough to all that Colorado Springs has to offer and also Denver. The house was very clean and very spacious. Everything we needed for an infant and toddler was already there. So I invited a few couples (with their kids ages 10- 21). We all enjoyed our time here! Everyone found something to stay entertained with (games, hot tub, ping pong, movies). We all had a blast! We did a short hike near the area and fished in the local Palmer Lake pond, then had ice cream! We highly recommend this home for your stay, it was so comfortable for 3 separate (but close friends). From the moment I made the booking, I had a really great experience. The host is super communicative and helpful. The house was in pristine condition and stocked with high-quality items. There was plenty of room for 12 of us after some of us agreed to split beds. The sights are beautiful and the hot tub was a great way to end the night. We also went to Garden of the Gods which was about a 30 minute drive so that wasn’t too bad. There’s also a grocery store, nice coffee shop, and Walmart not to far. If I come back to the area, I will definitely be staying here again!! 10/10 would recommend. ##### Christien H.
