The master bedroom features a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a single bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a bunk bed, also equipped with a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom offers two single beds. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, complete with cookware essentials. Relax in the spacious living room with ample seating and a 60" Smart TV, or unwind in the family room, furnished with another 60" Smart TV, ample seating, and a piano. Parking is a breeze with 3-4 spaces available in the driveway. Freshen up in the full bathroom, supplied with towels and soaps, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. Getting Around: We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. Other Things to Note: House Rules Required We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay. Dear Valued Customer: Due to the extreme Summer temperatures, we will be returning to our Summer schedule. Starting the week of June 3rd we will start our service routes at 5:00am which will allow us to reduce our exposure to the afternoon heat. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1\.
