The Big Bluestem Trail is another great option, featuring stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the Rocky Mountains on its 4.2-mile out-and-back route. Additionally, Monument Lake offers fishing, boating, and other water activities, while the Palmer Lake Reservoir Trail provides breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscape. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

This home is located in an HOA-controlled neighborhood. By renting this house, you are agreeing to the following rules: No more than 4 cars are allowed at the property. These cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. No loud outside noise after 9pm. And no parties. No smoking tobacco or marijuana on the premises.
