The pictures were very deceiving as the property was very old and very run down. It was in a horrible neighborhood that my wife did not feel safe staying in, so we did not. Also I booked this because it had a garage and we knew there was going to be weather. It did not say that you couldn't use the garage, and when I called the Denver Collective agent he even admitted it was wrong in the description, but refused to do anything about it. The second words out of his mouth were "you're not going to get a refund". This was our 10th VRBO booking and this is the first time this has happened. Too many people are now doing this with no regard to right and wrong. This may sadly be our last VRBO booking ##### David S.
