There were eight of us staying (family and two friends) and we had plenty of space and a huge new kitchen in which to cook our meals. Everything was so clean and inviting. The master suite was exceptional. We were quickly spoiled by the heated tile in the master bath. We booked this house specifically due to the view of Pikes Peak and it 1,000% did not disappoint. As we unloaded our car, we were treated with a visit from a very friendly, young buck. The house was clean and well furnished and we felt very welcome. The driveway could have been a problem had we received any snow. Luckily we just had one vehicle so we were able to park in such a way and with our AWD, we were able to get out of the driveway with little problem. It was quite steep though. Having a guest suite was nice, but we didn't use it. We used the hot tub one time. It was a little tricky to get to due to the steep driveway but we were able to navigate that with little issue. None of these items were downfalls to the trip/stay, but thought we would pass those things on for future renters in case there are mobility issues. Our buck friend did come back while we were in the hot tub. Sitting on the deck, staring at PP, felt so surreal. We were so blessed to have been able to stay here. ##### Kati S.
