This spacious single-level home sits on 2.5 acres and features stunning views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Minutes from I-25, the Air Force Academy, shopping, multiple parks, and much more. Fully updated with stunning hardwood floors and stain-grade trim and doors throughout. Sleeps up to 7 people. Feels like a vacation resort in the heart of Colorado Springs with lots of amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. The Home Bring the family! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a Select Comfort king bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is great for kids, with seperated floor level bunk bed for 2\. The third bedroom offers a comfy queen-sized bed. A seventh guest is able to sleep on the couch in the living room, if needed. The two-sided fireplace connects the living room and family room / kitchen area, making a great space for families to share special moments together. Sit outside and enjoy some of the most amazing views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods while you sip your morning coffee! Guest access Guests will access the home through the door on the North side of the building via a code for the digital keypad (this is sent to the guest 2 days prior to check in). Other things to note: The owner maintains partial occupancy in a portion of the home with a separate entrance. You will not have access to this area and all adjoining doors will remain locked. You may encounter the owner out doors coming and going from the suite entrance located on the southeastern portion of the home. However, the owner will never be in your rental area during your stay.
