My family enjoyed staying here. It was very convenient for exploring all the Colorado springs had to offer. Not too far from garden of the gods, the Broadmoor hotel with the Penrose History museum. There was ample room for my family of five. The kitchen was well furnished and had everything that we needed. The decor in the bathrooms was clever. I appreciated that all the essentials were provided - dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and sample sized toiletries. The kitchen has everything we needed, including some cooking items like spices and oil. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many restaurants. It was nice to be provided a binder with a list of things to do and recommendations, along with good information to have handy. The doublewide home needed a lot of updating, The carpet was badly stained and loose fitting. The living room furniture was very old and very worn, uncomfortable to sit it. The front storm door did not latch and was an old aluminum one. The overall furniture looked like it sourced from an older home.
