The flooring had some clumps of dust and hair in spots. The king bed mattress was excellent!Overall it was a good place to stay. The toilets were a mess and the floors were not swepped. We had to take time and our own expense to clean the toilets prior to staying. It was a quiet neighborhood. ##### Ross S. The online photos (sorry VRBO) did not begin to do it justice. This circa 1951 property was remodeled recently with numerous high-end touches. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. The main bath had a huge walk-in shower with 4 showering options and 4 correlating faucet handles. Additionally, it had a large, free standing tub and dual sinks. The large kitchen was outfitted with plentiful, beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and modern appliances. The dining/living area leads out to a covered deck overlooking a nice patio area and lots of trees. Until arriving we really weren't sure where the 2nd bedroom was situated. It was basement level accessed by a lovely, circular stairway leading to a nicely furnished bedroom and second bathroom. The main bedroom on the top floor is just off the entry Hall. It's nicely decorated with a KS bed, large dresser, night stand, wing back bedroom chair and a good sized walk-in closet. Also important was the hostess' responsiveness to my in app queries about various aspects of the property. ##### Lex B. Séjour de 5 nuits en mai 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Emily G. 17 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Great property in an excellent location The property was exactly as described in the listing, except the listing doesn’t do justice to the great neighborhood it’s in. On a nice day you could take a 10 minute walk up to the Broadmoor or take a short ride into town. The house had everything we needed for our family of four. If there was one critique it would be that the downstairs bedroom does not have window shades, but the host does provide a tall fold out screen. If you need to have total darkness to sleep you’ll want to sleep in the upstairs bedroom. ##### Emily G.
