The home was not cleaned at all when I arrived. For two hours I attempted to contact the owner then resorted to Vrbo. The owner then contacted me and accused me of staging the home to get out of paying. I had photos to show her which she did not believe. I told her to come to the house where she realized her mistake and there were people that had stayed before us and left food out. After this she still refused to refund us. In addition the home is not as advertised. The grill does not work and the appliances are not all in working condition.
