The spacious living room offers ample seating and entertainment with a 50" Smart TV. Parking is a breeze with up to 6 spaces available in the driveway. Refresh in the full bathroom, where towels, soaps, and even pool towels are provided. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, unwind in the garden area with a BBQ grill. If you want privacy on the first floor from the neighborhood you won’t have it. Bathroom on first floor and bedroom on second floor with the stairs in full view of front door to street view.
