Our group of 5 (my wife and I, teenage son and grown daughters) stayed here for most of a week. Kitchen is well-equiped and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill and hot tub. It was a great location from which to launch day trips to Pikes Peak, The Royale Gorge, Garden of the Gods, etc. The big TV and comfortable living room were nice for winding down after the day's adventures, and the front porch was ideal for those wanting a quiet place to read.The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions.
