As a former resident of old Colorado City and Manitou Springs found a location to be very centralized. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. The neighborhood is quiet, we actually saw several deer just walking around town. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and we were so glad he could stay with us here! Lots of included amenities we appreciated: the smart TV was wonderful+ stereo sound. Also having a washer & dryer there was great. I loved having places to eat within walking distance if I didn't want to drive. And when I did drive, everything was around 15 minutes away on average - awesome! I will do it again. This place was cozy and we had a great time. I prefer this type of living arrangement since hotels and their service is never enjoyable nowadays.
