Everyone found a place to sleep in a comfortable bed and the common areas were spacious, the kitchen well-stocked and there was a lot to do in the house (games, pool table, foosball, etc) and a nearby park in the neighborhood. The fenced backyard was a nice perk for our dogs too. The host was lovely and helpful and had stocked the house with everything we would need for our stay. The Host is there for any questions asap no wait time for answer. The down stairs is the best full size pool table with plenty of room plus a bumper pool table and full size Tv. It would take all day to tell you how nice this property is. The neighbors are super nice to the whole neighborhood leaves out side lights on for a super safe neighborhood. This house was perfect for our stay. I am the Honor Guard Commander for our Fire Department’s Honor Guard and we come to Colorado Springs every September for the IAFF Fallen Firefighters Memorial service. This house was perfect for exactly what we needed it for. Rooms all had plenty of space. Property was impressively clean. The basement was a perfect spot to hang with friends, play pool, or cards and just relax. Janea was in constant communication with me and if I needed anything I knew she was just a phone call away. The house is huge and the neighbor is quiet! It’s very easy to get places! The only inconvenience is that the AC will not go below 70, and will not run the fan constantly during the night. We came during a very spicy time during June, so the windows and fans still made it a little warm to sleep at night. The host provided lots of fans though! The bathrooms were stocked with very nice towels, hand towels and wash clothes. In the bathrooms were Shampoo and conditioner pump botttles (the big ones from Sam’s Club) and brand new Dove soap, hand soap and lotion. Large washer and dryer with detergent, stain spray, fabric softener sheets. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need. And they have many spices and cooking basics too, even every size of ziplock baggies! We stayed for a week and could not have picked a better home. Meticulously cleaned, nice and large suburban neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks to walk, and close to so many great things in CS. Super easy communication too! ##### Laura S.
