  • Vous allez adorer cette magnifique maison de 4 chambres située à seulement 1 pâté de maisons du cœur de Manitou Springs, dans le Colorado.

    Construit en 1998, cette fabuleuse maison de style Santa Fe a été entièrement mise à jour. Les 2 100 pieds carrés comprennent 4 chambres spacieuses, de grands placards, de nouveaux matelas et literie et beaucoup de lumière.

    Il y a 2, 5 salles de bains et 2 cheminées. La cuisine ouverte est équipée de granit, de nouvelles armoires en pin et de charmantes poutres en bois avec planchers en saltillo.

    La salle à manger dispose de 2 portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur un patio privé avec foyer en adobe et de 2 ponts d'observation qui font face à la ville, le Manitou Incline et le Pikes Peak.

    Le maître dispose d’un pont, d’une cheminée, d’une grande penderie et d’une nouvelle suite avec double douche et grande baignoire en coin.

    La salle du niveau inférieur a un super espace bonus pour le plaisir de la X-Box et un demi-bain.

    Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures et une salle pour garer les voitures dans l'allée, ce qui est rare à Manitou.

    Venez séjourner dans cette belle maison avec un plan d'étage ouvert et une vue imprenable sur la ville et Pikes Peak.

We had a short 2 night stay to get away to relax and this house didn't disappoint. It was very hot outside and I was pleasantly surprised that the air conditioning worked very well. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and generally it is well-appointed. The communication was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was excellent and always responded whenever we had questions or needed anything during our stay. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment here. Our family of 5 took our first trip to Colorado staying in Estes Park, Boulder and Manitou Springs. This house was by far our favorite and we wished we would have stayed more time here. So much space and every thing we needed. Loved the closeness to pikes peak and garden of the gods and walking distance to the adorable town. Our favorite was El Taco Loco, ate there twice in one day! Also loved Uncle Sam’s.

The house was in a great location with stunning views. The house was very clean and well equipped. Lots of care has been taken to welcome visitors, from the luxurious bedding, plentiful towels and toilet paper, detergent for the washer and dishwasher and there was even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The balconies were also very comfortable and well equipped with lots of seating, with stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Manitou Incline. Easy walk to shops & restaurants, or just a short walk to the bus stop to take the free shuttle bus. We had a Jeep Wrangler, which fitted snuggly in the garage with the door closed. This house is stunning and I thoroughly recommend staying here if your looking for accommodation in this area - thank you Jeff & Kelly - you have a wonderful home.
