With these 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can stay up to 10 people. You will be quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist city center, and you can get there in 5 minutes on foot. She is composed a living/dining room with television and a large table to share moments of conviviality, a fully equipped kitchen (fridges/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a dining area for 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet, a guest toilet, Upstairs a bedroom with two single beds, with access to a long balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, with access to a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a basin, with access to a spinning balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, with access to a balcony, an independent bathroom with a shower and a basin, a bedroom with three single beds, a separate toilet, In the basement a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing area, a water point and a large freezer, The house has an alley where it is possible to park 2 to 3 vehicles in a row for free. Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee. Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. It is located on a quiet residential side street but is only minutes away from all the main attractions of Colmar. We greatly appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and also the two parking spaces inside the gated driveway. The house has comfortable furniture, with a big dining table and enough comfortable chairs, and also several sofas in the living room where we all could socialize.There is also a huge variety of dishes, pots, pans, glasses and anything and everything one might need. Most of the dishes were of a very nice quality china, greatly appreciated!The only minor negative comment is the liquid soap in the bathrooms that was obviously diluted with water; this might be the fault of the cleaning team but is unacceptable at the property that costs so much. ##### Eva B. In ca. 5 Minuten ist fußläufig der südlichen Rand der Altstadt zu erreichen. Der erste Eindruck der Außenansicht und des Grundstückes dämpft jedoch die erste Erwartung. Das Außengelände macht einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. An im Gestrüpp stehenden Abfalltonnen lagen Weinflaschen herum.Gleiches gilt z.T. auch für die Räumlichkeiten. Hierzu folgende Hinweise:In einer Schlafzimmertür war der Verschluss völlig raus gebrochen, die Tür ließ sich nur mit einem mitgebrachten Spanngurt schließen. Ansonsten hätte man bei offener Tür schlafen müssen.Gläser und Geschirr wirkten wie von einem mehrmaligen Besuch auf einem Trödelmarkt und entsprachen überhaupt nicht dem ansonsten guten Eindruck des Wohnzimmers. Für den dazu gehörigen Küchenschrank gilt Gleiches.In einer Toilette war der Wasserhahn nicht auf dem Waschbecken befestigt und wurde nur von den Wasserleitungen gehalten.Es gab bei drei Toiletten im Haus nur eine Toilettenbürste. Die Fußböden dieser Räume wirkten wenig gepflegt.Steckdosen saßen zum Teil sehr locker in der Wand oder waren raus gerissen.In einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte das Licht nicht.In einem Schlafzimmer war ein Nachttisch kaputt und kippte bei Benutzung auseinander.Die Terassen/Balkone und ihre Ausstattung machten einen völlig verwahrlosten Eindruck. Die Fenster der Schlafzimmer sind wahrscheinlich genauso alt wie das Haus. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, einen großen Esstisch für die ganze Familie, ausreichend Platz im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend (2 Kühlschränke, große Gefriermöglichkeit sind toll). Das Geschirr ist leider arg zusammengewürfelt, aber es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Einrichtung ist etwas bunt zusammengewürfelt, aber es ist alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Zentrum von Colmar. ##### Miriam K.
