« The staff is wonderful! Rosalyn was especially helpful and kind! I stayed with my son who is a wheelchair user, in a regular double room (non wheelchair accessible). He was able to use the toilet/sink fine. There was no space in the room to do anything but go straight or backwards with his wheelchair, but we made it work. The beds are very high and that was issue for him. Breakfast was good with actual food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, biscuits, waffles). The dryer in the guest laundry room...

« The heater didn't work in the room and the bed had bed bugs I ended up leaving the same night due to the bedbugs being visible on the bed I didn't want to bring them back home I hope I didn't but the room smelt like bleach upon entering it was clean but had smoke stains on the walls and tub was rusted old tissue left in the room aswell as the toilet water was brown I 100% do not recommend staying here »

« I’ll start off this review by saying that the check-in process and the people were so friendly and so nice. The hotel itself is an OK condition though there is some construction going on. When I got to our room, however, I noticed that one of the windows had been left open. I struggled to close it completely. « This place… where to start. We took a chance on it because some of the reviews said it wasn’t that bad but we should have listened to the reviews that said otherwise. The property in general is just old. Old stained carpet, bathrooms that haven’t been updated since early 2000s, etc. The staff were nice but we could tell they could care less about the place & their jobs. They take their smoke breaks right outside the front entrance so you’re forced to walk through smoke when entering the hotel....

« It seemed like a good deal when looking at the price but the room was pretty beat up and there are no amenities. Like you can't even get coffee in the lobby and no coffee maker in the room, and for a longer stay hotel, there are no plates, silverware, or anything available to support a longer stay. The furniture and walls are really beat up so be prepared for it looking pretty old. It is clear that management has not put a lot of care into the building for quite some time. After a red eye...
