« Bathtub was dirty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Large pink stain on floor outside of bathroom. Security safe had no batteries. Had to wait on check in attendant. I’ve been here before and the business office never has a computer available to use. Told attendant that there was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway on second floor. I thought this was a no smoking facility much less marajuana! »

« The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. The tv setup was different having to use 2 remote controls to navigate it. But the staff was very friendly. »

« There are no amenities, pool not open, glass pipes dropped on ground in front of door. Glass shards in the parking lot and in breezeways, no towels, not good lighting, not a safe place. Staff was horrible and should not be dealing with the public. »

« By far the best Hilton I've ever stayed in. The heirloom restaurant is probably some of the best food I've had in my life. Would stay here again without hesitation and would encourage folks to do the same »

« I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor...

« Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy" »

« It says on thing free breakfast but I get up at 7:45 and then they said that breakfast closes at 7:30 and they're out of everything don't go stay there sorry ladies and gentlemen »
